We are currently seeking a VP of Brand Partnerships to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic sales leader who will come to the table, rolodex in hand, ready to develop and execute a sales strategy that will help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Tapping into existing relationships of top-tier global brands and agencies to introduce xtracrisp and our portfolio of publisher brands to the marketplace.
• Success with new business development across numerous verticals and deal sizes.
• Develop new relationships and manage existing relationships with agencies, clients, PR and media buyers.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting through to close
• Manage multiple opportunities, campaigns and relationships
• Oversee and mentor two direct sales reports; partner with Operations team to ensure successful delivery against client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; 10 years+ work experience in a media sales role with proven track record
• Strong capabilities in relationship building; able to produce effective presentations and influence clients.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Have a solid understanding of social media, content marketing and direct display.
• Hustle and the ability to be scrappy and comfortable in a start-up environment.
• Resourcefulness, strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
